We are really sorry for the inconvenience caused to you. I added the headset no problem however the headset never says connected. Also you can try to find the driver on the net and install it, and remember to restart your pc and then update the driver if it is needed. You can logon to the manufacturer website and install the driver which is compatible with Windows 8. . .Next
